If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If the product will be out of stock for a significant amount of time (more than 3 weeks) you will always be emailed or telephoned and given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
We are confident that you will be pleased with each product that you order from us. Should you for any reason not be satisfied, we will refund or exchange any product you send back to us within 7 days although unfortunately postage is non-refundable unless the product is faulty/damaged. If you have not purchased your Lacréme Beauté product via this website, or direct from us, then please contact the retailer where you purchased the product and seek refunds/exchanges from the retailer directly. Regrettably we can also take no responsibility for returned goods lost in transit. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
